‘Annabelle’ was built by W  Hughes in 1959 for a prominent yachtsman in Melbourne. He owned her for over fifty years, taking her as far-afield as the west coast of Tasmania on fishing trips.

The boat was completely rebuilt from 2010 to 2012 by Scott Evans, shipwright, under the auspices of the current owners. In addition to the timber work, a new Yanmar engine, new steering, a Muir anchor winch with helm station control, new fuel and water tanks, new electronics and radio were installed, and complete re-wiring was undertaken.

With a large cockpit, she is an ideal day boat for inland waterways, or for short fishing trips further afield. Overnight accommodation is provided forward with large V-berth incl infill, separate head, fresh water and stove, and of course, plenty of open space in the cockpit to sleep more guests under the cockpit covers if required.

With no expense spared, this beautiful, classic double-ender is being offered well below her refurbishment cost and presents as great value for her new custodian. Annabelle is ready to get you on the water in pure classic style.
