Noeleen 111, a well known yacht on Port Phillip since first launched by Ken King in 1981, is now offered for sale. Designed as an IOR 1 Tonner by Kell Steinman and superbly built in laminated timbers, she is still going strong and providing plenty of sailing fun .A successful offshore racer in her earlier years, she is now an ideal club racer and twilighter.

She is equipped with a robust fractional rig and some excellent sails including an easily managed asymmetric spinnaker, a Volvo Penta 28 HP diesel was installed new in 2006, plenty of electronics including GPS with Plotter and a VHF radio. Safety gear is to Club racing level, approx Cat 6. Recent deck layout changes mean she can readily be sailed short-handed.

Her wide, spacious and well laid out decks are easy to work on and her 8 berth, roomy, varnished timber interior is a great location for post race parties or overnight stays at regattas. Many of Victorias offshore sailors sailed their first blue water races aboard Noeleen 111.
